Job Details

Tokeland Cannabis is looking for budtenders for our cannabis retail store. Candidates should be friendly, have a
positive attitude, sales and/or customer service experience, and have a passion for the cannabis industry.

All shifts available full and part-time
Salary: DOE $16.00 plus tips

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Willingness to carry conversations with customers to create relationships to make customer feel
comfortable, build trust and maximize the sale
Ability to recognize a valid ID and verify age
Maintain proper cash handling procedures
Perform opening and closing procedures
Assist with inventory audits
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the store
Assist other positions or duties as needed

Knowledge & Abilities:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and management
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Knowledge of cannabis and a willingness to increase that knowledge
Ability to perform in high-volume or stressful situations
Ability to be cross-training in multiple roles
Maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Retail, sales, or customer service experience
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
